My baby got 4 teeth extractions. I was worried sick about putting him under anesthesia and just the whole process in general because my baby has never been through anything like this since he was neutered as a baby. Dr. Ward and her staff were very patient and responsive to all my worries and questions (I can be very overbearing when it comes to my cats). I go on the 12th for my other cats teeth and I am very confident in this team and going in with a lot more ease because of how well they took care of my Miller. I absolutely love this clinic and would and do refer this clinic to anyone in need of a team that will take the best care of their fur babies. Thank you Dr. Ward, Dr. Fordham and the whole team for all you kind assistance, past present and future.

Dr. Skarie did an amazing job with examining our 3 month old puppy and making sure he felt comfortable. He was very thorough and gave us the opportunity to ask many questions as a first-time pet parent. The staff was also very welcoming and accommodating. This will definitely be our go-to animal hospital moving forward!

These guys are great! We’ve been with them since they opened. Always gave us all treatment options available with upfront pricing. The team was very respectful and compassionate when unfortunately we had to to make the hardest decision a pet owner ever has to make.

Recently moved to the Denver area from San Diego, and my wife and I could not have been more impressed with our experience at Tall Grass. Our dog has Addison's disease and has had a rather rough year since her diagnosis last summer, and she was due for lab work, vaccines, and just an overall wellness exam. From the moment that Dr. Skarie entered the room, it was obvious that he had comprehensively reviewed our dog's extensive records from our past vet visits from out of state. He was thorough both in his explanations of changes he wanted to make as well as in his examination of our dog, and he asked us on multiple occasions if we had any questions concerning anything. Very personable. Our vet experiences in Southern California were incredibly average, but we're very happy to have found Tall Grass and will continue to come back for our pets. Thanks again!

We had the best experience at Tall Grass Animal Hospital! Melissa the Vet Tech was amazing! Dr Frint was amazing! My daughter and I and of course our cat Gracie were so very impressed! We know we are in great hands especially with Gracie's special health needs. I highly recommend them!

We were new to the area and a neighbor recommended Tall Grass for our cat and new dog. Couldn't be happier to have such high quality care right down the street. It's clear that everyone in the building truly loves animals. Even my incredibly anxious cat makes it through her checkup hiss-free. We've seen both Dr. Frint and Dr. Skarie and our animals adore both. Thank you, Tall Grass!

When I moved back to Aurora, I used other people's reviews as to which vet to take my fur baby to. Between reviews, and per number of reviews, I choose to call this place. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite, informed me of the initial vet office visit (which was surprisingly less than most places I've been). I asked how far out they booked, and he said about a week, which was also surprising to me, as I figure they have a lot of volume. He asked what my pets name was, and then said, "we look forward to giving Samarah the best care possible". That tugged on my heart strings that they would ask my pets name before hanging up, to include her. By that alone, I feel safe that my fur baby will be treated with safety and respect there!

I have been taking my Charlie, Maggie, and Cookie to Tall Grass since 2018 and they are by far the best animal hospital I have ever experienced. Every single person who works there has such a passion for animals. I have seen all the doctors and each of them are extremely personable, knowledgeable, gentle, and kind. I have to give a special thank you Dr. Ward who has been the primary doctor to my three dogs. She is so sweet, smart, and gentle. She has even taken the time after hours/on her days off to call me to check in with my dogs after a procedure, or to discuss results. Everyone there goes out of their way to make sure that you feel heard, and I appreciate that they never rush me and are always willing to listen to any concerns I have and answer them the best they can. I also appreciate that they are not pushy with just trying to "sell you" on unnecessary treatments or procedures. I will be going to this place forever!
